Wednesday January 25th: Breakfast: Yogurt with Fruit Lunch: Baked Potato with Broccoli & Cheese Dinner: Burgers (no bun) with Peas & Pasta Roni Treat: Spice Cake Thursday January 26th: Breakfast: Cereal with Fruit Lunch: Salad Dinner: Turkey Chili with Corn Muffins Treat: Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Friday January 28th: Breakfast: Breakfast Sandwiches with Fruit Lunch: Macaroni Mix Up Dinner: Pot Roast with Mashed Potato & Carrots Treat:Ice Cream Saturday January 29th: Breakfast: Chocolate Chip Muffins with Fruit Salad Lunch: Leftovers Dinner: French Toast with Sausage Treat: Peanut Butter Rice Krispies

Chocolate Chip/Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bites

Found this SUPER easy recipe in a magazine not too long ago and it had quickly become a favorite, especially for the kids, they are easy for little fingers and super tasty!

Ingredients: 1 Cup Crushed Oreos
4 Tbl Melted Butter
1/2 tsp Gelatin
8oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
7oz Condensed Milk
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Mix Oreos and Butter, press into the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan, set aside.

Combine gelatin with 1Tbl water and let sit 5 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, condensed milk and peanut butter.

Microwave gelatin about 30seconds to melt then beat into cream cheese mixture.

Stir in chocolate chip. Pour into baking pan and freeze for 20 minutes. Cut into squares.

Monday January 9th:
Breakfast: Yogurt with fruit
Lunch: Biscuit Pizza with Celery
Dinner: Chicken Cesar Salad
Treat: Leftover Whoopie Pies

Tuesday January 10th:
Breakfast: Cereal with fruit
Lunch: Out-PB&J with Veggie Stix and cucumbers
Dinner: Baked Potato Soup
Treat: Chocolate/Peanut Butter Cheescake Bites

Wednesday January 11th:
Breakfast: Bacon/Eggs/Toast
Lunch: Out-Homemade "lunchable"
Dinner: Keilbasa with Roasted Potatoes and corn
Treat: Ice Cream

Thursday January 12th:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with fruit
Lunch: Hot Dogs with Carrot sticks and chips
Dinner: Macaroni & Cheese casserole with Broccoli
Treat: M&M Cookies

Friday January 13th:
Breakfast: Breakfast Sandwiches with fruit
Lunch: Stuffed Potatoes
Dinner: Homemade Pizza with raw veggies
Treat: Cupcakes

Saturday January 14th:
Breakfast: Pancakes with Sausage
Lunch: Soup in Breadbowls
Dinner: Steak with Green beans and Everything Rolls
Treat: Leftover cupcakes
