S'more Pie

A few years ago, while still in the workforce, a co-worker made this for my birthday, WOW! It was amazing! Afterwards, it kind of became a tradition for my next couple of birthdays as well as my last day working there. It tastes exactly like a s'more, and it definitely does satisfy the craving during the winter months while we can't get outside to go camping or roast in our fire pit. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Crust: 1 1/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/3 Cup Melted Butter

Filling: 2/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Chocolate Candy Bars broken into pieces (I use Hersey bars)
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Topping: 1 1/3 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Cup Marshmallow Cream
2 Chocolate Bars broken into pieces

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine crust ingredients into small bowl. Press into bottom of ungreased springform pan. Bake 4-5 minutes. Cool Completely.

Heat 2/3 Cup Whipping Cream over medium heat until just comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add remaining filling ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour over cooled crust and freeze for 30 minutes.

Combine 1 1/3 Cup Whipping Cream and Marshmallow Cream and beat at high speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over chocolate and garnish with chocolate pieces.

Refrigerate Overnight.

If anyone tries this recipe out, I would love to know what you think of it!
